In Ahmedabad’s Ghatlodia ward, Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah and Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel led a tree plantation drive under the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” initiative.
Trees play a vital role in maintaining environmental balance and purifying the atmosphere. Inspired by the vision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the campaign encourages citizens to plant a tree in the name of their mother. In this spirit, the plantation program was organised at Ayushman Van by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.
On this occasion, Mayor Smt. Pratibha Jain, Deputy Mayor Shri Jatin Patel, Standing Committee Chairman Shri Devang Dani, MLA Shri Babubhai Patel, and Ahmedabad Municipal Commissioner Shri Banchhanidhi Pani, along with other officials and dignitaries, were present.
