On the occasion of Hindi Diwas, the fourth poetry collection “Syahi Ka Sipahi” of Santosh Kumar Jha, Chairman and Managing Director, Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) was released during the 5th All India Official Language Conference held in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The book was jointly released by Arjun Ram Meghwal, Union Minister of State for Law and Justice (Independent Charge) and Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Government of India, Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Dinesh Sharma, Scientist Dr. Anand Ranganathan and Mrs. Anshuli Arya, Secretary (Official Language), Government of India.
It is noteworthy that Shri Santosh Kumar Jha, besides being an experienced administrator and senior officer of the Railways, is also a renowned poet. With his three published poetry collections, he is making a significant contribution to Hindi literature through his reflective and soulful creations, for which he has also received many prestigious awards from various institutions including Maharashtra State Hindi Sahitya Academy and Ministry of Railways. The release of his fourth book reflects his dedication to literature along with the efficient leadership of Konkan Railway. After his previous works ”Unmukt”, ”Sooraj Ka Waris” and ”Phool, Kalam Aur Bandook”, ”Syahi Ka Sipahi” further strengthens his literary journey. It also strengthens his distinguished professional career and inspires railway employees to make meaningful contributions to the rich cultural and linguistic heritage of India. In celebration of this important achievement, hearty congratulations and felicitations to Shri Jha are continuing at various levels of the society.
